If you are looking for software to keep track of your customers’ information and your email and newsletter marketing, you may want to look for free CRM software, such as SugarCRM.

Some CRM have a free version that you can instal on your computer. The windows version is very straight forward. The software for other operarting systems may require you to have some knowledge about installing and managing server-like applications. If you are using Windows, SugarCRM comes with an installer but make sure you have some knowledge about servers’ administration as most of them run with MYSQL, APACHE and PHP.

I have been using the free version of SugarCRM for my company and it works just fine. You may need to get used to the software, but otherwise it is fine. I am not selling this software. I am not an affiliate and I do not get commissions from anyone using SugarCRM. Once again you should read about how to instal it and how to use it before making an informed decision. This is only a tip that may or may not suit your company. It is up to you to look at the information and make your own decisions about it.
